After living for 26 years in our home at 18031 Wheatridge Drive, Germantown, MD 20874, it was time to move into the next phase of our life. The first step was to sell our current home. I have never sold a house before and was a little apprehensive about the whole process. My perception was that real estate agents were in general inclined to serve their own interest first, underprice the property, sell it quickly, get their commission, and get on to the next sales opportunity.
With that concern at the back of my mind, I shortlisted a few agents and started interviewing – Andy being the first one.
